Here are some of the Posters and Covers we have researched:
These CD covers are from the band that we are using for our music video track. The first one does not include the band themselves, but an image of a dark forest. As the title of the track is 'decode' it could be to represent mystery and information that needs to be 'decoded'. Also, this single is included in the film Twilight, so it also has representations of the film as well as the music.
The second cover does include an image of the band, they are not smiling due to the fact that the song is called 'misery business'. This cover represents the song in a more obvious way in compartison to the first cover.
This CD cover is from the band All Time Low who are of a similar genre to Paramore, the band we used in our video. This cover is colourful and artistic, which mirrors the up beat songs that are on the CD. The use of the sillouettes instead of people contrast with the vibrant background and really make the cover stand out. As our chosen song is not necasserily happy this style of CD cover would not suit it.

This is an album cover for Kings of Leon, Only By The Night. The image is interesting as it includes parts of the bands faces merged together with an eagle. It could be showing how there are two sides to the band or the songs on the album, as the title 'Only By The Night' suggests things change at night. The effect on the image also represents this idea, as it looks like a night vision camera.
